Program Management
Hill?s comprehensive program management services help clients keep multiple, interrelated projects in-sync, on-time and within budget. Project Management
Hill has developed its project management approach based on extensive Project Management assignments and claims experience, which gives us a unique and in-depth understanding of what, can go wrong on a project. Project Controls

As construction budgets and schedules for completion continue to tighten, today?s construction projects are increasingly fraught with tremendous risk. Disputes over even the smallest of issues can quickly escalate, with crippling consequences to the parties involved and the project itself. The Project Neutral? is a unique form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) developed by Hill that blends technical analysis and mediation services to help parties reach a fair, negotiated settlement swiftly, inexpensively and without contention. Retained jointly by the parties, Hill objectively assesses the issues in dispute and presents its findings to both parties. On the basis of their findings, a trained mediator leads the Hill team in moving projects toward a negotiated settlement. This process allows both sides, and their counsel, to maintain control of the process and the resulting settlement.
CLAIMWARN? is a web-based risk management service offered to owners, prime contractors and subcontractors on complex engineering and construction projects. Conceived and trademarked by Hill, CLAIMWARN? provides an early warning of potential contract claims. At the start of a project, the client?s Project Manager and Hill agree on a process whereby certain project records are assembled and transmitted each week in to a web based document repository. Hill creates a secure document repository specifically for the client?s projects. On a monthly basis, a Hill claims professional reviews documents placed into the repository during the previous month, codes them, organizes the documents into a system of folders and creates a database of potential claim issues.
